Developer.com - A GREAT resource for developing sites... HTML, JavaScript... this site has helped me create MANY of my projects.

Dreamink - The Web Design Guide. Good collection of resources from around the web, and a daily design e-mail list.

Password encryptor - Use it to create entries for an .htpasswd protected directory.

Project Cool - A site dedicated to creating great web designs, including design tool searches and a daily listing of Cool Sites.

Silicon Alley Jobs - In case you didn't know, New York City is Silicon Alley. So guess what this site is for.

SiteOwner.com - A collection of tools to help out with building/promoting a site. They're free and online. You could buy the full version of the software, but you probably won't need to.

Web Monkey - Basically, a REALLY in-depth how-to for web designers.

ZDNet - More great computing resources than I can list. I get more info from this network than you could imagine. If your life has ANYTHING to do with computers, you need to be in touch with ZDNet.
