This is going to be really short. It's kind of a plea for Reactions. Because I NEED to know what's going on right now.

Would SOMEONE out there tell me what the hell happened to the Apocalypse? And if that someone would just so happen to be Christian, I'd love it even more.

In 1999, Christians were running around screaming about the end of the world. The Bible said that at the end of the second millennium, the Lord would return and the world would end, and blah blah blah.

Then the year 2000 came, and there was no Y2K disaster, and there was no apocalypse. Obviously.

So the response from the Christians was that the Millennium didn't really start at 2000, it started at 2001. Okay, fine. No problem. I can get with that. Makes sense to me.

So in case you haven't noticed... it's now half way through 2002, and I'm still typing. And I'm wondering what the hell happened?

I never heard a single reason to why we're still here. And I never heard a single person say "sorry we freaked out, we might've been wrong on that one."

So someone PLEASE explain to me WHEN the end of the world is really going to be, or why it wasn't a year and a half ago. I'd LOVE to know. I'm trying to plan my vacation accordingly.
